
DR. BETH INNIS, DVM, CVA, CCRT, CVCHM, CVSMT
Dr. Beth Innis is the founder and owner of Sleepy Dog Veterinary.
She is a licensed veterinarian, certified in veterinary acupuncture, veterinary chiropractic, veterinary Chinese herbal medicine, canine
rehabilitation and currently studying Western herbal medicine.
It is her personal mission to welcome pets and their people to a calm space filled with a caring team so that we can all take part in making their lives more healthy and happy. In her spare time Dr. Innis enjoys yoga, reading and loves enjoying the outdoors with her dogs. She
lives in Belmont with her husband, Tom, two daughters, two dogs, Prince Andrew and Otto, cats Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher and four guinea pigs.


DR. CHAGIT STEINER, DVM
Dr. Chagit Steiner has more than fifteen years of experience working as a veterinarian in Massachusetts focusing on caring for dogs and cats. She is particularly interested in internal medicine, geriatric care, dermatology, and preventative medicine. Dr. Steiner prides herself on providing meaningful and compassionate care for all her patients, and takes time to listen and understand her clients’ concerns and needs. She is excited to join the team at Sleepy Dog, where she will have the opportunity to provide high quality integrative care to all of our patients. In her free time, Dr. Steiner is a dedicated climate activist. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids and her two cats named Scratch and Motek.
JULES DIDOMENICO
VETERINARY NURSE

Nurse Jules has been in the field for ten years working her way through the many roles that our field has to offer. She has worked in clinics in Connecticut and California, as well as a brief stint in Montreal. Though her experience is in Western Medicine she is excited to broaden her knowledge into Integrative Medicine. In her free time she enjoys thrifting, exploring the coast, and drinking coffee. She has a senior dog with one eye and a flying squirrel rescue.


MICHELLE DUMAS
CLINIC MANAGER
Meesh joined our team in February 2018 after spending more than
20 years producing and directing educational television. She quietly holds us all together and keeps us operationally, technically and financially afloat. She has previously worked in veterinary medicine
as a Vet Assistant. In addition, she has experience as an Apprentice Guide Dog Trainer, Kennel Manager and foster parent to numerous homeless pups. Meesh calls Washington, D.C. home but currently lives in Arlington, MA with her dogs Lily and Finn.
PAUL GAUGUIN
CLINIC FOSTER CAT
Paul Gauguin aka "Small Paul" is our foster cat on loan from the Ellen Gifford Cat Shelter. You may see him helping us around the clinic from time to time. He loves sitting on our laps, soaking up the sun while enjoying a day-long nap in his window, welcoming our patient friends and their pet parents, and taking a daily stroll through the exam rooms making sure everything is in its place!
